We use Word Press (on-site) it's a must have app for any business. They have lots of great add-ons that are easy to install.
I use Wordpress for my blog and it is unbelievable easy to use. There is a plugin for everything. You don't need to be a coder or web developer to use it. The Wordpress support community is also huge so there is also help when you need it.
